This is a great post. And I'm just back from weed store, buying CBN for a goddess...

i feel you on this. in April, after coming back from a trip to Long Beach and Austin, i felt lower than i can remember. the blossoms came out and didn’t lift me the way they normally do.

i saw my gynecologist and expressed some worry about this in my consultation for HRT.

now several months in, i know it’s helping.

the noise stress in the city may be eating me down but i’m doing everything i can to support myself.

taking care of ourselves takes a lot to time, energy and attention.

thx for this post

I need a blood test first and then we will see if I can move in that direction. Of course the ADHD makes getting the blood test a challenge haha. Why????

oh how i feel you on this. when i tried an MS drug that was supposed to be self-injected, it was a hellish few weeks. i think have a resource on helping to reduce anxiety around this. lmk if you want me to look for it. 🤗🤗🤗

all through the pandemic i couldn’t believe how media used so many clips of injections. #traumatic

Great post! I thought I was through menopause and went off my endo meds a year ago but nope - surprise - so many blood tests and biopsies later to rule out anything else, I'm back on Visane for my endometriosis. It's progestin and is a lifesaver for me since it's an HRT proxy too and deals with all the symptoms. I'm also religious about my sleep. Full blackout drapes with blinds. Temperature control. Silk pajamas. Sound machine. No tech. Magnesium before bed. Me and my dog sleep like the dead lol
